I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL where I grew up as a sports fan and an automotive enthusiast. I lived in the shadows of Paul “Bear” Bryant, Gene Stallings, Pat Dye, Bobby and Terry Bowden, and Gene Bartow. I wouldn’t realize how much of an influence these figures had on sports until my late teens. It was then that my playing turned into coaching and officiating sports.
My interests of photography began in my early to mid twenties. I picked up a camera and haven’t put one down since. I since have had the chance to work with some great people and meet a lot of influential individuals. I have had the privileges to cover many sporting events including AMA Superbike, NASCAR, GRAND-AM racing, PGA golf, NCAA Football, NCAA Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and NCAA Baseball along with many others.
I moved to Baton Rouge, LA in 2010 to join the love of my life, Michelle. We married in August of 2010 and have embraced the Louisiana culture as it’s people have us. I am now ready to bring Louisiana a different kind of sports photography. Please contact me with interests of covering your individual player, team, or league. I have several options ranging from single player action photos to full league team and individual photos. I also accept editorial coverage for publications such as newspapers, magazines, and websites.
